A brand-new program at Plank’d Fitness, in collaboration with the Swarthmore Recreation Association!

Let’s build strength, community, and confidence together. This introduction to strength training is designed to:

  • Empower girls to feel confident in the weight room and learn skills for life. 
  • Help You Get Stronger, Safely and Effectively
  • Learn and Improve Exercise Form 
  • Dial In On Individual or Sport Specific Needs
  • Crash Your Pre-Season Training
  • Stay Strong and Recovered In-Season 
  • Open House to Meet Your Coach on Friday, January 31 from 4-6 p.m.

Community Incentives:
We can’t wait to see you in the gym! Plank’d Fitness is also offering special perks for parents of participants and any community member who mentions SRA as their referral (head to plankdfitness.com/book-now). Student discounts are available for anyone continuing after the 4-week program.

WHO: Females aged 13-18, athletes and non athletes welcome!
